In Honor Of "Lola"

"Lola" returned from Texas for a visit. It was so good to see an "old" friend. We had a Yarn Chick meeting and made her the guest of honor. We gabbed, knitted, crocheted, ATE, of course, and had a really good time.
This picture is of Caroline and "Lola". My picture of me and "Lola" was hideous! Man! I need a serious make-over!
"Lola" went back to Texas today. "Lola"! Your visit was toooooooooooooo short. I miss you again already, my friend! =(

Blanket of Love

Sassy is making a blanket for her family. Her husband told her that he wanted it, mistakes and all, and that I was forbidden to touch it or fix anything on it. Gotta love that!

Dee's Fuzzy Pillows

Dee is making fuzzy pillows out of white and blue eyelash yarn for her daughter's bedroom. She made me want to get in the stash and find some purple to make some for my bed. I will have to add them to my ever growing "Want -to-Make" list.

Sassy and the Cowgoose

Sassy loves cowboy stuff! Since she was coming to Yarn Chick Night, I had to dress Georgina, one of my geese friends, just for her.

I Can't Stop Making Dishcloths!

The Mason Dixon book has taken over my life! I have to make dishcloths! Everytime I finish one, I cast on for another!
I am going to share these with my yarn chick friends. Maybe I can share the "bug".

Mason Dixon Baby Bib

This bib was so easy to make. I think it turned out really cute. I am currently making another one in orange . I think I will make two burp rags to go with these too for the new mommy in October.

The New Bathroom

I gave my bathroom a make-over. After years of having my bathroom decorated in "turtles" I wanted something more modern. I am happy how it turned out.
